Michelle Rodriguez provides representation in all aspects of insurance defense litigation and personal injury.
Ms. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida International University in the Dean’s list in 2010. Ms. Rodriguez received her law degree where she graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Rodriguez served as a Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review, was on the Dean’s List, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future awards in Legal Writing and Research as well as Contracts. Ms. Rodriguez was also the recipient of the St. Thomas University School of Law Merit Scholarship, for her high academic achievement and rank in law school. Additionally, Ms. Rodriguez served as legal intern at the Office of the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit in the Felony Trial division. Ms. Rodriguez is admitted to practice law in Florida State Courts.
