Maria Santana began her paralegal career in 1998, after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at Florida International University. Since that time, Ms. Santana has worked as a Senior Paralegal on a broad range of litigation matters before the U.S. Courts as well as concentrated experience in domestic and international arbitration. Equally, Ms. Santana has also worked as an In-House Paralegal in various corporate roles in the financial services, solar energy and hospitality sectors.
This acquired corporate experience provides distinctive insights which further complement her litigation experience. In 2013, Ms. Santana completed Circuit Civil Mediation Training certified by the Florida Supreme Court, at the University of Miami, and is actively involved in ongoing professional development and education.
