Jerry D. Haynes practices civil litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, product liability and intellectual property. Prior to joining Nicklaus and Associates, P.A., Mr. Haynes practiced exclusively in intellectual property involving patent and trademark litigation and prosecution; copyrights and licensing. Mr. Haynes is admitted to practice in New York; Florida; U.S. District Courts- Southern District of New York, Northern, Middle and Southem Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.


Mr. Haynes graduated from University ,of Missouri - Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/ Engineering Management. He received his Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1998 and his LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in 2005.
