As an associate, Giancarlo V. Nicolosi practices personal injury litigation, products liability and general civil litigation for the firm.
Mr. Nicolosi served honorably in the United States Army as an Infantry Soldier from 1995 to 1998. He then graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Mr. Nicolosi earned his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, where he graduated in the top 1/3 of his
class. His honors and distinctions include being on the deans list, associate editor: Thomas M Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law, and member of the mock trial board and moot court board.

Before joining Nicklaus & Associates, P.A., Mr. Nicolosi was a solo practitioner
handling criminal cases. Prior to running his own firm, Mr. Nicolosi gained valuable trial
and courtroom experience while working as an Assistant Public Defender where he
handled voluminous of felony and misdemeanor cases. He gained valuable trial experience
that helps him connect with Juries and Judges to successfully argue a case. Mr. Nicolosi
has represented numerous clients at the trial level in a variety of serious felonies.

Mr. Nicolosi is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He is
admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of
Florida and all state trial courts within Florida.
