Associate, Dale J. Spurr, practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, products liability, transportation, maritime, and general civil litigation for the firm. Mr. Spurr brings an exceptional record into the practice of law, having served a decorated career in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1989 to 1996. While on active duty, Dale served in an operational capacity during several catastrophic maritime disasters in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Nicklaus & Associates, P.A., Dale also worked several years as a professional educator in the subjects of government, economics, and history.

Born and raised in Southern California, he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Florida International University College of Law, and a 2001 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Mr. Spurr is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida.
